Doug Wilson is the CEO of Elizabeth River Crossings where he joined in April 2018. In this role he oversees all Company operations and relationships as well as long term strategic planning for ERC.

Mr. Wilson has held similar positions in other infrastructure businesses including renewable energy, water treatment and waste management. Under his leadership, ERC has demonstrated strong operating performance and a commitment to the communities that ERC serves.
